International Orders are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind.
For domestic orders store credit will be issued as a form of return; however no monetary refunds will be issued. In order to receive your store credit you must send an email to Moe@PhoneGuru.com with the header “Return/Exchange.” In this email please include your order number and items requested to be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the package delivery date. Once we process your return/ exchange email we will then issue a return authorization number (RA#) in a reply email.
The items returned/exchanged must be received within 10 days from the date we issue the RA#. We reserve the right to deny the return if we receive the item(s) any point after 10 days. All of the items that are being returned/exchanged must arrive in 1 package. Please write your RA# on the outside of the package. As the customer you are responsible for return shipment via a pre-paid, traceable, and insured package. Returns/exchanges must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition and in original item packaging. Please note that Pre-Order purchases, sale items, custom orders, swimwear and lingerie are final sale. Discount codes MUST be applied in cart prior to checkout and cannot be applied after order is placed.
Once we receive your return, we will email you with notification of store credit application or the shipment of your exchanged items. Shipping charges and tax are non-refundable.
