Team member details:
Stan Rosenzweig, President, created Office Technology Consulting, Inc., in 1984 and has saved clients millions of dollars by cutting costs and improving processes. Some of Stan's clients have been the New Orleans Convention Center, Liberty Financial Companies, General Reinsurance, Corporate Centres, Toyota Motor Company, Westchester Prepaid Health Services Plan, Mutual Life of New York (MONY), Westchester Library System, and Healthmarket.com. He is the author of six books, over two hundred articles and numerous in-house studies published for major clients. He speaks at up to a dozen business shows and seminars each year.
Daniel S. Klipper, Chief Financial Officer, graduated summa cum laude from the City University of New York, and holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. Dan has been an investment banker since 1979, working at both Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Wertheim Schroeder & Co. Incorporated before founding his own firm in 1988. Dan's clients include major venture capital leveraged equity funds, including Warburg Pincus, Charterhouse, Citicorp Venture Capital and Tullis Dickerson & Co.
Lee Faucette, Chief Technlogy Officer, earned a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, VA. He received additional training in J2EE and EJB, Web Development and XML/Middleware and is proficient in 24 software languages/platforms/operating systems. Lee has expertise in NT, Palm, RIM Blackberry, Sun and SGI technologies as well as mobile and wireless, J2EE, .NET, EDI and Web Architecture technologies. He has been a system architect since 1991.
Marcia Pflug, Project Director, Marcia Pflug has a Bachelor of Science, in economics from the University of Colorado, and an executive Master's in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at University of Colorado. In her more than 20 years experience, she has focused on advising businesses on cost effective ways in which to save on telecommunications services. Her clients included the San Francisco Giants, Golden Gate University, Sister's of Providence Health Services and Columbia University.
Francine Ranzie, Project Director, has a Bachelor of Business Administration, in accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, City University of New York. Francine has been in finance and telecommunications since 1987, working at The First Boston Corporation, Bankers Trust, BNI ESI and Co., Metlife and Generation Telecom. For more than 15 years, she has repeatedly delivered customer satisfaction through customized solutions focused on uncovering inefficiencies. Through project management and empowering interdepartmental staffs, she has introduced the tools needed to implement strategic solutions, reduce costs and improve profitability. Her clients included Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Fidelity, and State Street.
Marcy Mitchell, Office Manager, attended the University of Connecticut at Stamford and majored in Sociology and Political Science. She has extensive experience in Human Resources and general office management.
